I don't think that it's possible to predict what's going to happen in the future. You can predict some physical environment or any kind of landforms or movements. But the future is not a physical reality, it's the present that we can only observe. And the frameworks you are talking about, yes you can make predictions but you'll be only able to know about the change in environment and that's the physical change.

The world is a machine, and machines make predictable movements.
All forms of behavior, including human emotions and thoughts, operate on the basis of the experience, that is, the data loaded on it by the "world machine".
All natural and human based phenomenas are based on the causality principle. So, if there is an event, so there is definitely a reason causes it. All results can be reached by starting from the reasons. this is in this way theorically , not prediction or fortune telling.
You can play events forward or backward just like in a movie. When you bring back the time and leave the events alone, the same events will happen, nothing will change. In another sense, this reveals that there is actually only one future for the same past, and this may be calculable.
